Pathways

At TRSA, soccer is more than just a season—it’s a journey. This roadmap outlines the steps every player can take, from their first kicks as Mini Soccer Stars to competing on a national stage and showcasing their talents for college scouts. We guide each player’s development, giving them the skills and opportunities to reach their full potential.

Ages 2.5-6

Mini Soccer Stars is where the journey begins. Designed for our youngest players, this program introduces fundamental soccer skills in a fun, energetic environment. Through engaging exercises and games, children develop motor skills, coordination, and a love for the game, laying the foundation for future success.

EDP Futures is an early stage of competitive development, building on the basics learned in introductory programs like Mini Soccer Stars. In an unpressured environment, players focus on enjoying the game while honing their fundamental skills. Small-sided games ensure lots of ball touches, helping players improve their footwork and decision-making. As they gain confidence and technical ability, they’ll take important steps toward becoming more skilled and game-ready athletes.

TRSA’s Competitive Teams offer two paths: Classic and Travel teams. Classic teams focus on developing technical skills and teamwork in local leagues, while Travel teams compete at a higher level in leagues like NCSL and EDP. Both paths challenge players to push their limits and prepare them for top-level competition.
